Ferrite Magnet
Gauss Industrial Co.,Ltd | Updated: Nov 03, 2018

Ferrite is a kind of metal oxide with ferrous magnetism. In terms of electrical properties, the ferrite has a much higher resistivity than a simple metal or alloy magnetic material, and it also has higher dielectric properties. Ferrite magnetic energy also shows high permeability at high frequencies. Therefore, ferrite has become a nonmetallic magnetic material widely used in the field of high frequency weak current. As the magnetic energy stored in the unit volume of ferrite is low and the saturation magnetic induction intensity (Bs) is low (usually only 1/3 ~ 1/5 of pure iron), its application in the field of low frequency strong electricity and high power which require higher magnetic energy density is restricted.
